This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the orders dated 23.04.2013 passed in Cr.M.P.No.42 of 2012 in M.C.No.4 of 2004 on the file of the Judge, Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge, Anantapur. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing this criminal revision case has become infructuous as the second respondent died during pendency of M.C.No.4 of 2004. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this criminal revision case.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
