The Writ Petition is not filed by the accused concerned, but it was filed by the counsel for petitioners in Crime No.82 of 2013 on the file of Peddathumbalam Police Station; Crime No.149 of 2014 on the file of the Koilakuntla Police Station; Crime No.138 of 2013 on the file of the Adhoni II Town Police Station: Crime No.82 of 2013 on the file of the Dhone Town Police Station; Crime No. 211 of 2014 on the file of the Kurnool IV Town Police Station and Crime No.53 of 2013 on the file of Koilakuntla Police Station, Kurnool, questioning the action of the respondents in not following procedure as contemplated under Section 167 (2) of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 and the 2nd respondent not deciding the bail application filed by the petitioner. Therefore, the Writ Petition is not maintainable. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
