Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, apart from perusing the entire material on record.

When the matter is taken up it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if the petitioner herein undertakes any construction work in the subject premises, in deviation to the sanctioned plan, appropriate action, if warranted, will be taken, strictly in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner herein.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
