THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER Writ Petition No.30009 of 2012 ORDER: {Per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Ramesh Ranganathan} The relief sought for in this writ petition is to declare the order of the Lokayukta, Hyderabad dated 12.07.2012 as also the consequential proceedings of the District Collector dated 01.09.2012 as without jurisdiction.

Against the very same proceedings of the Lokayukta, W.P.No.29665 of 2012 was filed and a Division Bench of this Court, by its order dated 18.12.2012, granted the petitioners therein leave and liberty to institute appropriate proceedings before the proper Forum for redressal of their grievance, if any.

As the very same proceedings are said to have been considered by the Division Bench, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in accordance with and in terms of the order passed in W.P.No.29665 of 2012 dated 18.12.2012. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
