Judgment:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal arises out of award, dated 30-08-2013, in WC.No.28 of 2010 (F), on the file of the Commissioner for Employees' Compensation and Assistant Commissioner of Labour at Suryapet.

Mr.N.Mohan Krishna, learned Counsel for the appellant, addressed letter, dated 01-02-2015, to

the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court wherein he has informed that he has been instructed by the appellant to withdraw this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

At the hearing, Mr.V.Srimannarayana, learned Counsel representing Mr.N.Mohan Krishna, learned Counsel for the appellant, reiterated the said request.

The request of the learned Counsel for the appellant is accepted and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, interim order, dated 13-022014, is vacated and CMAMP.No.207 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
