HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 32246 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.2 on the Mee Seva application No.RMU011800960151, dated 06.07.2018, made by the petitioner, for issuing pattadar pass book and title deed while updating the name of the petitioner in the online web portal in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1.20 cents in Survey No.440/1 situated at Dinnedevarapadu village, Kurnool Mandal, Kurnool District, as illegal and arbitrary. 3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application dated 06.07.2018, made by the petitioner, at the earliest. 4) Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the said application is still pending consideration, the same would be considered in accordance with law, at the earliest.

5) Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to dispose of the application dated 06.07.2018, made by the petitioner, for issuing pattadar pass book and title deed while updating the name of the petitioner in the online web portal in respect of the aforementioned land, in terms of the circulars issued from time to time and also as per the provisions of law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. 6) Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order.
