ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in levying penal charges under different heads towards the tariff difference in respect of the petitioner's service connection as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr.G.Promod Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
