This Criminal Petition, under Section 439(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code, is filed by the petitioner - complainant, seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondents 2 to 4, who are Accused Nos.1 to 4, by virtue of order, dated 21.06.2018, passed in Crl.M.P. No.2433 of 2018, by the Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad at L.B. Nagar, Ranga Reddy District (for short, 'the trial Court'). Crime No.515 of 2017 was registered, against A-1 to A-4, for the offences under Section 174 of Cr.P.C. and Section 306 of I.P.C. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for respondents/accused, and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents obtained anticipatory bail by suppressing certain facts and she draws the attention of this Court to panchanama, conducted by one Srinivasa Reddy, which, at Paragraph No.15, shows that, as per the opinion of the panchayatdars, the deceased committed suicide by hanging himself to the ceiling fan. 4.

The case of the prosecution that it is a suicide is not disputed. The trial Court, while granting anticipatory bail, considered the detailed statements recorded from the witnesses and the fact that none of the witnesses expressed any suspicion apprehending the death of the deceased. 5.

Hence, in view of the above, this Court opines that the petitioner failed to prove any case for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the respondents/accused.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand dismissed. ______________________ T. RAJANI, J Date: 10.10.2018.
