Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Endowments and Sri K.Jagan Mohan Reddy for the 4th respondent Temple.
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioners, the petitioners submitted representation, dated 13.03.2017, to the Commissioner, Endowments Department, 2nd respondent, but no action has been taken so far despite lapse of considerable length of time. He, therefore, requests this Court to direct the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the said representation by fixing some timeframe.
On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the 2nd respondent will consider and pass appropriate orders on the said representation in accordance with law.
Recording the said submissions, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders on the representation, dated 13.03.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioners, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
