Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.V. Ramana, learned Standing Counsel for respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that 3rd respondent has not disposed of the appeal dt.09-08-2016 filed by the petitioner challenging the order dt.15-10-2012 of the 4th respondent terminating his services.

Sri S.V.Ramana, learned Standing Counsel, states that 3rd respondent will consider and dispose of the appeal within four weeks from today and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to consider and dispose of the appeal within four weeks from today and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
