Heard counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, Standing Counsel for GHMC appearing for respondents 2 to 4.

Petitioner's grievance is that the applications made by them on 19.12.2015 and 25.12.2015 for regularization of the plots belonging to the petitioners under the Layout Regularization Scheme introduced by the 1st respondent, are pending consideration with the respondents and the respondents are not disposing of the same.

Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, Standing Counsel for GHMC states that the 3rd respondent will consider the petitioner's applications for regularization under the above Scheme within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's applications, referred to above for regularization under the above scheme, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
