THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32247 of 2018 ORDER:

Admittedly, a civil suit vide O.S.No.137 of 2017 is pending on the file of the Court of the II-Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, for partition. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. However, it is open for the petitioner herein to pursue the said suit and file an appropriate application in the pending suit, in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
