THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO C.C.No.1276 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.27-04-2016 in W.P.M.P.No.16049 of 2016 in W.P.No.12810 of 2016.

W.V.M.P.No.3376 of 2017 filed to vacate this order has been dismissed today by separate order.

Though learned counsel for the petitioner stated that in spite of interim suspension order accorded by this Court on 27-04-2016 in the above miscellaneous application, the revenue record was not rectified to be inconformity with the said interim order, since the respondent in the Contempt Case had admittedly taken steps to file a counter affidavit and also a vacate stay petition as soon as he joined on 25-06-2016 and since admittedly the successor of the respondent had issued proceedings on 16-06-2017 restoring status quo in the revenue records, I do not find that it is appropriate to punish the respondent in the Contempt Case.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
