The Court made the following:

ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 06.03.2014, in W.P.No.15735 of 2010.

At the hearing, Mr.N.Praveen Reddy, learned counsel representing Mr.N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned standing counsel for A.P.S.R.T.C., placed before the Court, proceedings bearing No.L1/785(17)/2010-RM:NZB, dated 28.09.2015, of respondent No.2, whereunder the petitioner's services were regularized with effect from 01.07.1991 instead of 01.08.1997. Respondent No.2 further held that the petitioner is entitled for revision of pay fixation and payment of consequential benefits, and accordingly directed respondent No.3 to take necessary action to revise and re-fix the pay of the petitioner and to pay the consequential benefits to him immediately.

In the light of the aforementioned proceedings, order, dated 06.03.2014, in W.P.No.15735 of 2010 stands complied with and the Contempt Case is, therefore, dismissed.
