THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.32216 of 2018 ORDER:

Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition challenging the inaction of respondents in releasing tractors to them as per Rashtriya Krishi Vikas Yojana Remunerative Approaches for Agriculture and Allied Sector Rejuvenation (RKVY-RAFTAAR).

Counter affidavit has been filed by 3rd respondent stating that the petitioners have not been found eligible by the District Level Committee though the Mandal Level Committee did approve their selection and that petitioners need to apply again in the next financial year.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed granting liberty to petitioners to apply again in the next financial year. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
