Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to prefer an appeal in accordance with the Regulations.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedies as per the Regulations and the respondents shall not reject the appeal on the ground of delay. However, it is needless to state that the appellate authority shall consider the appeal and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law. No costs.
