HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.No.6295 of 2015 ORDER :

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') by the Petitioner-accused to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1065 of 2013 on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sanga Reddy, Medak District, taken cognizance for the offences punishable under Sections 406,409,468, 471 and 420 of I.P.C. outcome of the report of the 1st respondent/defacto-complainant in Cr.No.115 of 2013 of BDL Bhanoor Police Station.

2. The 2nd respondent-defacto complainant as well as the petitioner having present and filed a petition Crl.P.M.P.No.6198 and 6199 of 2015 with a joint compromise memo with the affidavit of defacto-complainant stating that they settled the dispute outside the Court including the civil dispute covered by O.S.No.166 of 2014 on the file of the XXIV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and they may be permitted to compound the offences and quash the proceedings.

3. In view of the compromise arrived by the parties, though some of the offences are not compoundable under Section 320 of Cr.P.C., the parties wanted to purchase peace having settled the claims between them and to subserve the ends of justice, the parties are permitted to compound the offences.

4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.1065 of 2013 on the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Sanga Reddy, Medak district, are hereby quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.

5) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
