CVNR, J & GSP, J WA.No.1077 of 2016 Dt:13.10.2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Appeal is filed against the common order, dated 08.09.2015, in respect of W.P.No.9743 of 2015. At the hearing, the learned counsel for both the parties have agreed that this Writ Appeal can be disposed of in terms of the common judgment, dated 08.9.2016, in Writ Appeal No.1120 of 2015 and batch.

Accordingly, this Writ Appeal is dismissed in terms of the afore-mentioned judgment, with the direction that the reasons and observations contained therein shall form part of this order. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Appeal, WAMP(SR).No.182815 of 2016 filed by the appellants for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
