THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.4101 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the order dated 28.02.2013 in C.M.A.No.29 of 2012 on the file of Special Sessions Judge for Trial of cases under SC & ST (POA) Act-cum- Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District in allowing the appeal setting aside the order passed by the trial Court in I.A.No.682 of 2010 in O.S.No.1205 of 2010.

I.A.No.682 of 2010 was filed for grant of temporary injunction restraining the respondents from creating any third party rights in respect of the petition schedule property till disposal of the suit and the same was dismissed by the trial Court. However, the appellate Court granted interim injunction during pendency of the suit. But during pendency of this revision, the suit was disposed of by the trial Court on 29.02.2016 and the interim order is merged with the main judgment. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision. 3.

Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
