The case of the petitioner is that he submitted application dated 29.08.2016 in Form 6A as per Rule 18 and Section 4(1) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 for mutation of his name in the revenue records and for issuance of Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.1.00, in R.S.No.138/1 and 0.89 cents in Survey No.135/4, situated in Mandavalli Village, Mandavalli Mandal, Krishna District. As no action is being taken on the said application, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since the application of the petitioner dated 29.08.2016 is stated to be pending before the 1st respondent, without going into the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the said application, in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
