HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32290 of 2018 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that respondents 3 and 4 are evicting him from the portion of premises bearing No.6-81, Raju Colony, Balanagar, Hyderabad, wherein he was functioning as pastor and custodian of the church having been appointed by the M.B.Board of Evangelissam & Church Ministries.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, produced written instructions, wherein it is stated that basing on the complaint of one Savitha, a case in Crime No.309 of 2017 was registered against the petitioner for the offence punishable under Section 354 IPC. It is stated that a counter case in Crime No.310 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341 and 506 read with 34 IPC was registered against the said Savitha and others. It is stated that on 24.07.2017 the daughter of petitioner represented to the Commissioner of Police and in turn it was endorsed to SHO, Balanagar, wherein a case in Crime No.311 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 506 and 509 IPC was registered against the unofficial respondents. It is stated that except registering the above mentioned cases and conducting investigation as contemplated under law, the respondent-police are not trying to evict the petitioner from the subject premises.

Recording the submissions made in the written instructions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
