This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.629 of 2010 on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Anantapur.

No representation is made on behalf of the petitioner on 31.03.2016. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
