CVNR, J & TA, J WP.Nos.20770 & 20797 of 2015 Common Order: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) In both these Writ Petitions, the petitioner has challenged the show cause notices and also the attachment orders for different assessment years.
During the hearing, it has come out that the petitioner has not questioned the assessment orders for the relevant years. Unless the petitioner avails appropriate legal remedies against the assessment orders, no relief can be granted to him in these Writ Petitions.
Accordingly, these Writ Petitions are dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate legal remedies for questioning the assessment orders.
Subject to this liberty given to the petitioner, these Writ Petitions are dismissed.
