Heard Sri M.Madhava Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri K.Ramakanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent.

2. The only grievance of the petitioners in the present writ petition is nonconsideration of the representation submitted by the petitioners in the month of February 2015 and the reminder said to have been received by the respondent on 6.4.2015 with endorsement No.147010 in respect of grant of permission to the petitioner's college for the academic year 2015-16.

3. According to the petitioners, they made an application on 30.9.2011 to the respondent for grant of recognition for D.E1.Ed Course and the office of the respondent scrutinized the same and forwarded the said application to the State Government for its recommendation on 3.11.2011. It is also the case of the petitioners herein that the respondent scrutinized the application of the petitioner and issued a letter on 27.6.2012 pointing out certain deficiencies. It is the further case of the petitioners herein that rectifying the said deficiencies, they submitted a representation in the month of February 2015 and the same was followed by a reminder on 6.4.2015. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that despite the said representation and the reminder submitted by the petitioner, no action has been taken by the respondent herein.

In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent herein to consider the representation said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein in the month of February 2015 and the reminder said to have been received by the respondent on 6.4.2015 and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous
