Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the civil revision petition with a liberty to file proper application.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to file proper application subject to permissible under law. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the revision shall stand closed.
