THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2204 OF 2012 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner assailing the order, dated 11.04.2012, of the learned Junior Civil Judge, Kamalapuram, passed in I.A.No.75 of 2010 in R.C.C.No.1 of 2010.

There is no representation for the petitioner. The note of the Registry reveals that the main case viz., R.C.C.No.1 of 2010 itself was disposed of on 14.03.2013.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
