THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6270 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 by the petitioner/A-3 seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.543 of 2015 of Malkajgiri Police Station, Cyberabad.

2. Heard and perused the material available on record.

3. The offences alleged against the petitioner are punishable under Sections 420, 406, 468, 471 and 506 read with 34 I.P.C.

4. Admittedly, the case was registered basing on a reference made by the Magistrate invoking the provision under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. The offences arose out of disputes relating to business. Considering the said facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to appear before the police concerned on or before 10.5.2016 and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) with one surety for the like sum for his future appearance and shall also file an affidavit informing the police to cooperate with the investigation. On such execution of bond and affidavit, the police concerned are directed to complete the investigation and file a final report, if any, without arresting the petitioner.

5. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

6. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
