THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE MUMMINENI SUDHEER KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No.2065 of 2022 ORDER:

It is brought to the notice of this Court by Sri B. Murali, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, that the order dated 27.04.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19484 of 2022, was already complied with by proceedings in Rc.No.E2/1350/2022, dated 16.02.2023.

In view of the same, this Court does not see any reason to continue the contempt proceedings against the respondent. 3.

Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. In case, if the petitioner is of the view that the order passed by this Court is not complied with in any manner, it is left open to the petitioner to file an application for reopening the contempt case. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
