ORDER:- Heard.
2. Alleging inaction on the part of the fourth respondent in considering the representation of the petitioners dated 09.05.2015 seeking mutation, which was enclosed with all the necessary documents, the present writ petition is filed.
3. Instructions of the learned government pleader show that as per the revenue records the total extent of survey No.288 is Ac.1971-38 guntas out of which an extent of Ac.381-32 guntas is recorded as patta land and the remaining land is a Government land. However, no sub division record is incorporated in the Village map and for a long time mutations and transfer of registrations have been carried out with respect to patta and changes also have taken place in the Government land. So far as writ petitioners and others, who have made applications as claimed above, are concerned, it is stated that scrutiny is being conducted to confirm that the lands affected are either patta or assigned lands and that after scrutiny appropriate orders would be passed.
4. In view of that, the writ petition is disposed directing the fourth respondent to examine the matter and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
