This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 17.04.2014 passed in Crl.M.P.No.2288 of 2012 in C.C.No.630 of 2007 on the file of the Court of the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad. The matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat and accordingly, an Award was passed on 08.10.2016. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the Award dated 08.10.2016.
