No representation for the petitioners/A.2 to A.7. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that the charge sheet was filed and the learned IV-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, has taken cognizance in C.C.No.196 of 2016, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.
In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous at admission stage.
