THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.32334 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner requesting to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the 4th respondent in taking any action on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 17.08.2018, as being illegal, contrary to law, violative of the principles of natural justice and Articles 14, 19 & 21 of the Constitution of India.

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents. Learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 10.09.2018, a copy of which is placed on record, submitted that on the aforestated report/complaint, dated 17.08.2018, of the petitioner, a case in Crime No.479 of 2018 on the file of Raidurgam Police Station, was registered, on 09.09.2018, for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 427 and 461 read with 34 IPC.

In view of the said submission and as no further orders are necessary, this Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
