HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO COMPANY APPLICATION No.471 of 2017 In COMPANY PETITION No.83 OF 1997 ORDER:

This Company Application is filed by the applicant under Section 457(1)(e) of the Companies Act, 1956, read with Rules 9, 11 & 177 of the Company (Court) Rules, 1959, with the following prayer:- "i) to consider all belated claims received against the subject Company in liquidation, without any relief under Rule 177 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 by fixing such relief for claims received upto the cut-off date as date of filing of Form No.71 before the Hon'ble Court.

ii) to address the banks concerned advising them to honor the Fixed Deposit Holders and discharge their amounts (as stated at Para No.8 supra) iii) order that the costs of this application do come out of the Funds of the Company (In Liqn.) and pass such further or other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."
