HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.12487 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the respondents 2 to 7 in taking action on the representations of the petitioner dated 29.10.2016. 18.12.2016 and 02.01.2017 filed to prevent the unofficial respondents from changing the nature of the lands in Survey No.82, admeasuring Ac.12.08 guntas, situated at Jalapur Village, Pochampally Mandal, Nalgonda District. Learned Standing Counsel for the 7th respondent and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that already notices were issued by the 7th respondent to the 11th respondent in respect of unauthorized lay out, on 31.08.2016, but, the 11th respondent obtained orders of status quo dated 10.11.2016 in IA.No.292 of 2016 in OS.No.154 of 2016; that in view of the said orders, they could not take further action; and that as and when the status quo orders is vacated, the respondent authorities will take appropriate action. It is also stated that the 2nd respondent already filed written statement in OS.No.154 of 2016.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
