ORDER:

Heard.

2. Petitioner has not made any application to the Board of Secondary Education, respondent No.3, in accordance with the Rules. On the basis of the legal notice issued by him, a writ of Mandamus cannot be issued.

3. However, petitioner is at liberty to make appropriate application before respondent No.3, in accordance with the Rules and, if such an application is made, respondent No.3 shall consider the same, on its own merits, in accordance with the Rules.

Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

As a sequel, the

miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
