This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the docket order, dated 20.02.2013, passed in Interlocutory Application No.3 of 2012 in R.C.C.No.31 of 2009, by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Nellore, whereby, the petition filed under Order XVI Rule 122 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short, 'C.P.C'), to direct the respondents to cause production of account books of sundry creditors and debtors, was dismissed.

As per the information received by this Court through e-courts website, the main R.C.C. was disposed of on 15.07.2015 by the Court below, as such, the petition has become infructuous. 3.
