Sharan Reddy, learned counsel for the appellant in both the writ appeals, and the learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos.1 and 2, submit that the cause in these writ appeals is covered by the decision of this Court in W.A. No.740 of 2017 dated 03.08.2018.

2. Recording the submission of the learned counsel, both the Writ Appeals are disposed of in terms of the order dated 03.08.2018 in W.A. No.740 of 2017. The Registry is directed to append a copy of the order to the present order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in these writ appeals stand closed.
