THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.23636 OF 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings of the 1st respondent bearing Rc.No.2020/A1/APMS/Thegada/2013-14-1, dated 30.6.2015 under which the petitioner was transferred, as arbitrary and illegal, and to set aside the same.

When this matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court by the learned Government Pleader for School Education that the petitioner challenged the transfer orders dated 30.6.2015 in this writ petition, and when this writ petition was listed for admission on 30.7.2015, no interim order was passed by this Court, and in compliance with the said transfer order, the petitioner joined in the place to which he was transferred and therefore, cause in this writ petition does not survive.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
