Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services-II for respondents. 2.

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.26-04-2013 in O.A.No.3038 of 2013. 3.

In the said order, the then A.P. Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, had directed consideration of the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Record Assistant within four weeks. 4.

Admittedly, on 05-06-2013, a speaking order had been passed by the 2nd respondent rejecting the claim of the petitioner for employment in compliance with the interim order passed by the Tribunal. Once such order is passed and petitioner has the liberty to challenge it; and has already challenged it by way of amendment petition in the O.A. So it cannot be said that any willful disobedience of the order dt.26-04-2013 in the said O.A.

Therefore, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No costs. 6.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
