RESPONDENTS Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to direct the respondents to allow the applicant to participate in the ensuing transfer counseling on par with similarly situated teachers who were not relieved till date though they were transferred during the transfer counseling of May, 2013 like the applicant herein by counting his entire service till date and awarding entitlement points, by holding the action of the respondents in relieving the applicant now after lapse of more than (2) years as per the transfer orders dated: 15-5-2013 and further depriving him to participate in the ensuing transfer counseling by accepting his application and further not giving any weightage for the service rendered beyond 2013 till date as per Transfer Rules issued Vide GO Ms No.
12, dated: 16-06-2015 is as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and subversive of Articles 14, 16 of the Constitution of lndia. Counsel for the Petitioner: SRI CH.
