This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the second respondent, vide letter dated 05.07.2014, in rejecting the request of the petitioner for deration of Contracted Maximum Demand from 900 KVA to 500 KVA to its service connection bearing No.RJY-1062.

2. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the subsequent developments, the cause of action in the present Writ Petition does not survive and it has become infructuous.
