Civil Revision Petition No.2658 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
2. The petitioner is the respondent-decree-holder in A.S.No.82 of 2014 on the file of the V Additional District Judge, East Godavari at Rajahmundry. While admitting the appeal, the learned Additional District Judge granted stay of execution of the decree. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that in spite of having a good case, the petitioner who is a senior citizen is not able to enjoy the fruits of the decree. Therefore, he seeks early disposal of the appeal.
3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned V Additional District Judge, East Godavari at Rajahmundry is directed to dispose of the appeal within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, filed in this revision shall stand closed. _________________ R.KANTHA RAO, J Date:07.08.2015 Note:
