HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.22210 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the 2nd and 3rd respondents in appointing the Administrator to the A.P.High Court Employees Mutually Aided Co.operative Housing Society Limited is illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to appoint the Administrator to take into custody of the affairs of the A.P.High Court Employees Mutually Aided Co.operative Housing Society Limited, including all the records and the bank accounts for the purpose of conducting elections to the society and to pass such other necessary orders. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Co.operation.

At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that the Government has already appointed the person-in-charge to manage the affairs of the A.P.High Court Employees Mutually Aided Co.operative Housing Society Limited, Hyderabad. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no further orders are necessary in this writ petition in view of the Government decision.

Recording the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
