THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION NO.14544 OF 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner claims that he is the owner of the land in Survey Nos.554 and 555 situated at Kalluru Village and Mandal, Khammam District and his representations dated 03.04.2015, 27.04.2015 and 01.05.2015 were not disposed of and on the other hand his land is being interfered by respondent No.9. Though time was granted on 14.05.2015 for counter, no counter affidavit is filed till today.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 to consider the representations stated above, submitted by the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and pass final orders. No costs.
