THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.32302 OF 2018 ORDER:
In this Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the grievance of the petitioner is that pursuant to registration of a case in Crime No.151 of 2016 on 05.06.2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, I Town Police Station, Ongole, Prakasam District/the 3rd respondent, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 I.P.C., till today, there is no progress in the investigation, despite several representations made by the petitioner for completion of the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner submitted a final representation on 18.09.2017 in the above regard and that a copy of the said representation is filed along with the Writ Petition. 3.
Learned Government Pleader for Home submits that he is yet to receive instructions in the matter.

Having regard to the submissions and considering the nature of the relief claimed in the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to complete the investigation into the aforestated crime in strict accordance with the procedure established by law as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file a Final Report either way before the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
