Heard Mr. K. Sita Ram for petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondents.

Petitioner challenges inaction of second respondent in disposing of the appeal filed against order dated 23.07.2016 canceling her authorization.

The Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the petitioner's authorization was cancelled and petitioner has preferred an appeal before the second respondent. He submits that the second respondent be directed to dispose of the appeal within timeframe.

Counsel for petitioner requests the court to refer to the decision of this Court in G. DURGA SRI NI VAS RAO v . STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH 1 and also the circular of the Commissioner bearing CCS.Memo.No.21/ 100/ 2015-AD1.PP-CCS dated 28.09.2015 and give liberty to petitioner to canvass these aspects also before the second respondent.

The statement is placed on record and accordingly, the request is accepted. The second respondent is directed to hear the appeal and dispose of the appeal in accordance with law within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Liberty is granted to 1 2015 (6) ALD 359

petitioner to communicate the copy of this order for expeditious disposal of the appeal.

The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
