Sri C.Srinivasa Baba, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that since the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication and hence, the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
