THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.11787 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by A.1 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1327 of 2013 pending on the file of XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Secunderabad. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor. Perused the material on record. It is represented that warrants are pending against the petitioner herein, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below and file an application seeking to recall the warrant. On filing such application, the Court below is directed to recall the Warrant issued against the petitioner on the same day on execution of a bond by the petitioner for a sum of Rs.1,000/- with one surety with an undertaking for his further appearance for trial before it.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
