HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B.BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.37964 OF 2015 PC: ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V.Bhatt) The petitioner prays for habeas corpus for production of 7th respondent/Abburu Sashanka. On 23.11.2015, while directing notice to respondents 4 to 7, this Court directed the learned Government Pleader to secure the presence of 7th respondent and her parents on the next date of hearing.

Today, learned Government Pleader mentioned for hearing the writ petition as it is not on board. It is brought to our notice that the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is informed. We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

The 7th respondent is present in the Court. We have interacted with her and when we asked her whether she is in illegal custody of respondents 4 to 6, the 7th respondent in unequivocal terms informed the Court that she is major, a B.Tech graduate and she is not in illegal custody of respondents 4 to 6 who are her parents and sister. She further informed us that she would not like to go with the petitioner. Therefore, we are of the view that the complaint of the petitioner that 7th respondent is in illegal custody of respondents 4 to 6 is not made out and the writ petition fails and according dismissed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand disposed of.
