THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1634 OF 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.900 of 2014 of Kukatpally Police Station, Cyberabad, on various grounds.

During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor (TS) brought to the notice of this court that the police investigated into the crime and filed final report on 24-12-2015 referring the matter as 'Civil in Nature'.

In view of filing final report, the Crime No.900 of 2014 cannot be quashed at this stage. Hence, the petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.

In the result, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
